Recipe: Morning Immune Boosting Lemon-Ginger Shots

Ingredients:
-2 small oranges, peeled. (Omit and add 2 lemons for less sweetness!)
- 8 lemons, peels removed
- 3-4 small fingers of turmeric, roughly chopped
- 5-6 fingers chopped fresh ginger no need to peel!)
- 1/8 tsp fresh black pepper
- 1 TBSP tsp oil (such as extra virgin, flax, or MCT oil to help improve turmeric absorption)
- 1 1/2 cup organic coconut water
- Dash of cayenne pepper. (Or more if you like a good kick!)
- Optional: Pure organic maple syrup to add more sweetness. A little goes a long way.
