Butternut Squash Cabbage

Ingredients:
- 1 small butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cubed
- 4 cups green cabbage, thinly sliced
- 2 apples, cored and sliced

- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh sage

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. On a baking sheet, spread out the cubed butternut squash in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss to coat evenly. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the squash is tender and lightly browned.
